GILES COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – Virginia Tech posted a video on social media that showed students carrying classmates Justin Graves on a two-mile hike to the Cascades, in Giles County. Graves is paralyzed and cannot walk.
A note posted with the video indicated the students carried their friend “In the spirit of Virginia Tech’s motto, Ut Prosim (That I May Serve).”
