LOS ANGELES, Calif. (WJW) — Actress Halle Berry’s ongoingcustody problems have escalated to a whole new level after a fight between Berry’s ex-boyfriend, Gabriel Aubry, and her fiancé, Oliver Martinez, broke out Thanksgiving morning.
According to TMZ, Aubry was dropping off four-and-a-half-year-old Nahla to her mother’s house Thursday morning when Oliver approached him in the driveway.
There, Oliver allegedly said to Gabriel, “We have to move on.”
That’s when, according to witnesses, Gabriel pushed Oliver and threw a punch at his face. He missed, then threw Oliver to the ground. A struggle ensued and both men were injured.
Oliver reportedly pinned Gabriel to the ground until police arrived.
Gabriel was treated at the hospital for a broken rib, contusions to the face and a possible head injury. He was later arrested and booked into an L.A. jail for misdemeanor battery, according to TMZ.
He has since been released.
Oliver was also treated at the hospital for a possible broken hand and neck injuries.
A judge has since issued an emergency protective order, which requires Gabriel to stay at least 100 yards away from Berry, Martinez and Nahla.
