CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va.(WTVR) – Family and friends say goodbye to a Chesterfield mother of two who police say was stabbed to death by her husband a week ago.
Mia Williams was laid to rest Monday at the Virginia Vet Cemetery in Amelia County.
Police found her body inside her Brandy Oaks home last Monday night, Nov. 12.
Her husband, Tony Williams, was pursued by cops in a high speed chase on I-95 that ended after his car crashed and he was hit while trying to run across traffic.
Police charged Williams with first-degree murder over the weekend.
