This entrepreneur is currently a contestant on ‘Ink Master.’ CBS 6 Emmy Award Winning Photographer Stacy Sacra talked with Jesse about the Richmond Tattoo Arts Festival that starts this Friday, November 16th and runs until Sunday, November 18th at the Greater Richmond Convention Center.
