CHESAPEAKE BAY, Md. (CNN) – Janie Lambert captured video of strong winds and rain from Hughesville, Maryland, on Sunday, October 28, hitting the Pax River Naval Station.
She says the wind was so strong it was hard to stand while capturing video of the water. 'The wind was terrible, it was continuously strong,' she said.
