RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR)- Local Photographer, Dick Pitini, had a winning picture in the Canon USA’s ‘Project Imaginat10n’ contest in partnership with Academy Award winning director Ron Howard. Dick joins us to talk more about the contest and his winning picture titled, ‘Moving On,’ which will be on display at the Powhatan Public Library for the month of November.
