RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR)- The 8th Annual Richmond History Makers celebration will honor 5 Richmonders making significant contributions to the Greater Richmond Region. John C. Purnell, Jr., Dr. Charles Price, Kelly King Horne and Dominic Gibbons Barrett will all be recognized Tuesday, October 16th at 5:30pm at the Valentine Richmond History Center.
