HENRICO, Va. (WTVR) – Construction along Parham Road in Henrico County will create traffic backups for some time.
Officials said Monday that portions of Parham will be shut down periodically over the next year between Three Chopt Road and Interstate 64. This will create delays in both directions for drivers.
The closures are the result of a $2 million county project to repair aging gutters, curbs and medians.
The work is expected to be completed by next summer.
