RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – More than 12,000 Dominion Virginia Power customers lost power Tuesday morning in Richmond. Dominion Virginia Power spokesman Karl Neddenien said power was lost while crews were testing equipment at the ACCA substation.
About 1,000 customers, mostly along Grove Ave., were the last group to have power restored.
All the power was restored by late morning.
