Petersburg, VA (WTVR) – It’s getting easier to nab red light runners in Petersburg.
Two red light cameras have been installed in the City. One was put at the intersection of Wagner and Crater Roads. The other is at the corner of Adams and Washington Streets.
Once the cameras are up and running in October, red light runners can expect to get a $50 ticket sent to them in the mail.
Petersburg Police say the installation was paid for using money collected from tickets.
