DANVILLE, Va. (WDBJ7.com) — Dispatchers in Danville thought it was just an itch, until they saw what was really bugging them at work last week.
It was a crisis of sorts when dispatchers noticed fleas biting their legs and arms.
The entire communications office was evacuated and calls were transferred to another location while hazmat crews showered staff in the parking lot, and an exterminator cleaned the inside of the office.
