NEW YORK, NY (WTVR) – A 9-year-old, Brooklyn rapper has a message he wants heard loud and clear.
He wants "pants-saggers" to pull 'em up or get a belt.
Lil' man, as he's called, even got Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz to make a cameo in his music video.
They're both tired of seeing guys wear their jeans too low.
