(WTVR) -Daniel Payne from the McShin Foundation and Contestant Michael Joseph give us a preview this weekend’s Recovery Fest and Annual BBQ State Championship and we make a delicious smoked pork sandwich with a savory BBQ sauce. The Recovery Fest and the Annual Barbeque State Championship is this Saturday, September 8th from noon to 5pm at the Hatcher Memorial Baptist Church.
