RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) - SAFE, or Substance Abuse Free Environment Inc. is turning to the community to keep kids from drunk driving. They utilized focus groups in Chesterfield to learn the behaviors of kids 15-24 when they go out drinking and the best ways to encourage them to be safe. Regina Whitsett from S.A.F.E. came to WTVR to talk about what they learned.
