RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) - Child Care Aware is reporting that the cost of raising children on the rise.
In fact, a new report says that the cost of infant care is up 2 percent from last year.
The cost of caring for a four-year-old is also up 4 percent.
The report also says the cost of daycare for infants is more than in-state tuition and fees at a four-year public college.
