Phoenix, AZ- Rescue crews pull a baby from a disabled car in Arizona after heavy rains cause severe flooding.
Storms dumped as much as four feet of water on some roads near Phoenix on Tuesday. The force of the raging water also swept several cars away, including one with a baby inside.
In addition to the baby, nine other people had to be rescued. None were hurt.
