RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) – Expect delays along Whitehead Road for the next few weeks due to utility work. Crews will be installing curb, gutter, storm sewer and sidewalks along Whitehead and Elkhardt. The southbound lanes will be closed and the northbound lane is one way only. Detours will be set up along Derwent Road and Hull Street.
