PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WTKR) – Portsmouth police told WTKR.com three people were shot and killed inside a home Friday morning.
Police said they got the call at 12:41 a.m. about shots fired in a house on Lincoln Street, near Effingham.
When police arrived, they said they found three people shot inside.
Two were dead.
Medics rushed a third victim to the hospital, where the victim later died.
Police said they have not made any arrests.
