RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) – Beginning Wednesday June 27 through Thursday, June 28 expect crews to be on scene along Ryland. Richmond City workers will close Ryland between Broad and Grace beginning at 1pm Wednesday. This work runs through 4pm. Crews will be back on scene tomorrow from 9am to 1pm as well.
