RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) -Jenna Sneed from Fresca on Addison gives us a sneak peek of the Richmond Vegetarian Festival and makes a homegrown Vegan Caprese Salad featuring organic tomatoes and fresh basil. The Vegetarian Festival is tomorrow from 12am to 6pm at the Azalea Gardens at Bryan Park. Admission is free.
