“Voices” of Civil War Richmond

RICHMOND, Va (WTVR)

"Voices" of Civil War Richmond is a one day only innovative, outdoor multimedia program for the Richmond National Battlefield Park. It will showcase the "Voices" of soldiers and civilians, free and enslaved, highlighting their struggles, hopes and reflections and lasting impact on the citizens during the Seven Days Battle of 1862.

"Voices" of Civil War Richmond will feature live readings from letters, diaries, memoirs and interviews, combined with projected images of Civil War-era Richmond. The program takes place Saturday, June 23 at 8:30pm at Historic Tredegar, 470 Tredegar Street in Richmond.
