SUSSEX COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – Virginia State Police are investigating a bizarre fatal accident in Sussex County where a pedestrian was killed.
It happened around 1:45 a.m. Thursday, on Route 460 near the intersection of Route 614, when a semi traveling eastbound spotted a man standing in the road.
