LAWRENCE, Kan. (CNN) – An Illinois couple was arrested in Kansas for allegedly endangering children. Witnesses called police when they spotted kids bound and blindfolded outside a Walmart.
When police arrived they found a seven-year-old girl and a five-year-old boy bound with their arms behind their backs.
Police said a man standing next to the children resisted arrest and fought with police.
