Miami, Fl. (WTVR) — iPads are making their way to zoos as more members of the of the primate family learn to use them.
Caregivers at Miami’s Jungle Island, say that orangutans are using the device to paint and even communicate. Using apps, the orangutans can learn to identify various symbols with different meanings.
The care givers go on to say the iPads are being used as a new way to stimulate and enrich their lives.
