RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – A school bus clipped a six-year-old girl who was standing in the street, according to Richmond police spokeswoman Dionne Waugh. The child was not injured.
Richmond Police are investigating the incident to determine whether either the bus driver or the six-year-old child’s parents were at fault.
Police said the incident happened around 7:30 a.m. Monday morning along the 1000 block of St. James Street.
