RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - A Unique project putting professionals and students together is taking shape at the Carpenter Theatre Richmond CenterStage. SPARC "LIVE ART" will take the stage Sunday, June 3rd at 5pm.
But what is LIVE ART? LIVE ART is a musical concert featuring some of Virginia's finest musicians performing alongside students of all abilities. Musicians include Steve Bassett, Susan Greenbaum, Robbin Thompson, Jesse Harper, Samson Trinh & the East Side Big Band, Terri Simpson and many others.
All this stems from a 20-week educational program for students with and without special needs, the end result a major public concert with these students and prominent musicians.
