RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR)--Yesterday, Memorial Day, nine people were rescued from the James River.
New video, shot by CBS 6 viewer Roselyn Graves, shows several people floating downstream without life jackets.
All nine people rescued from the river are going to be okay.
However, four of them have been cited for not wearing a life jacket because river levels are above five feet.
Those tickets carry a one hundred dollar fine.
