(WTVR) - Are you the one who needs to get off the couch?

A Northwestern medicine study found simply eliminating one bad habit will have a domino effect on others.

Researchers also found the two most effective ways to change unhealthy habits are to cut down time spent in front of a TV or computer screen and to eat more fruits and vegetables.
