WASHINGTON (WTVR) - If you've ever driven to Washington, DC during rush hour, you know how tough and frustrating those traffic conditions can be at times.
However, it looks as if things are looking up, at least for some commuters.
A new survey of the worst cities ranks DC as sixth worst in the country, which is actually down two spots from last year.
The study found traffic in the nation's capital is the worst between 5:45 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursday nights.
The top five cities that beat D.C. for having the worst traffic are Honolulu followed by Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, and Bridgeport, Connecticut.
