RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – While the eastern U.S. remains under a relatively weak upper-level trough, we’ll have multiple opportunities for rain and storms through at least the middle of the week. This morning, mist and drizzle with patchy fog are our primary concerns as a result of onshore flow into central Virginia. A surface low pressure in southeast Virginia is responsible for this marine moisture transport into central Virginia.
