ISLE OF WIGHT COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – Sheriff’s Deputies arrested four people and charged them with assault and battery of a family or household member after being called to Big Bear Campground in Windsor, Virginia.
Deputies said when they arrived at the campground on May 2, they discovered a 15-year-old girl tied to a tree. Investigators said while tied up, the suspects threw eggs on her and poured beer on her. They said the girl was being held against her will and that people accused of tying her up were her guardians.
Loretta L. Miller, 48, of Windsor, Va., is charged with Abduction and .Assault and Battery of a family or household member.
Randel L. Miller, 47, of Windsor, Va., is charged with Abduction, Assault and Battery of a family or household member and Resisting Arrest.
Margaret J. Allen, 46, of Windsor, Va., is charged with Abduction and Assault and Battery of a family or household member.
Ross Renicker, 48, of Windsor, Va., is charged with assault and Battery of a family or household member.
