Gingrich owes millions in debt from campaign

Posted

Former presidential candidate Newt Gingrich is seeing red, and is isn’t because he’s a Republican.

He ended his campaign on May 2, and is now nearly $4.8 million dollars in debt.

That’s according to a report filed with the Federal Election Commission.

Gingrich’s campaign owes a million dollars to a charter airline company, as well as large amounts for security services and public relations.
