COLONIAL HEIGHTS, Va. (WTVR) - More 5,000 people are expected to attend the Fort Clifton Arts and Crafts Festival in Colonial Heights this weekend.
The event, which is in its 36 year, features food, music and art from around the country.
“We're happy with how this has evolved, and how we've been able to roll with the changes,” said Craig Skalak, of Colonial Heights Parks and Recreation.
The event continues Sunday from 12:30 until 5:30 p.m.
