CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) - Some Chesterfield Technical Center students have constructed a five bed, three bathroom, 2700-square-foot home.

The ranch-style home, which will go to four women with intellectual disabilities in June, is on Cogbill Road.

The students who built the houses are enrolled in a variety of trade programs.

Additionally, plans are underway at the school to start construction of a third home.
