September 11, 2001. Terrorists attacked America from the skies over New York, Pennsylvania and Washington DC.

Now, more than ten years later, the case has made its way into a courtroom.

It was a crime against America. So why can't America watch as the accused are tried?

CBS 6 Legal Analyst Todd Stone tackles that question, and talks about the controversy regarding a defense attorney's courtroom appeal for all women to wear "appropriate" clothing to the proceedings, out of respect for her client's Muslim beliefs.
