(WTVR) A Virginia boot camp aims to teach kids how to deal with bullies.
The man that calls himself the bully expert is teaching a non-violent approach to fend off bullies. Martial arts instructor Tom Ramsey has named himself "The Bully Expert."
In the program people learn conflict resolution skills and how to be assertive by learning eye contact and verbal skills.
The program director says bullies usually attack people they think are weaker than they are.
Ramsey is offering a bully boot camp at Salem Fitness in Roanoke, Saturday, May 5 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. The cost is $35.00 per student.
There will be others in the future.
