On Your Menu: Broccoli Grape Salad

1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 lb. fresh broccoli florets
2 1/2 cups green grapes
3 ribs celery, sliced
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 (2oz.) pkg. slivered almonds, toasted, optional
1 cup dried cranberries or raisins.

In a large bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar.   Add broccoli florets, grapes and celery and toss gently to coat.  Cover and chill at least 3 hours.

When ready to serve, sprinkle with bacon crumbles, Craisins (or raisins) and almonds.

Makes 6 cups.
