NEW YORK (WTVR) – Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell appeared on CBS This Morning Wednesday to discuss a variety of topics including Mitt Romney’s chances of winning Virgina.
He responded to the question of becoming the 2012 vice-presidential nominee by posing a question back to CBS anchor Erica Hill.
Gov, McDonnell says he expects Republicans who once supported other candidates to now rally behind Mitt Romney.
Gov, McDonnell believed it was the right time for Rick Santorum to end his bid for the Republican presidential nomination.
McDonnell said he was confident Mitt Romney would defeat Barack Obama, in Virginia, on Election Day.
