FORT A.P. HILL (WTVR) – Expect to see smoke in the air today around Fort A.P. Hill in Caroline County, Virginia. The Fort is burning brush along the north side of the post. According to a press release from Public Affairs Officer Jennifer Erickson, the burn will “reduce the chance and severity of wildfires and the destruction associated with them.”
