COLONIAL HEIGHTS, Va. (WTVR) – A fire started at the Colonial Court Townhouses off Westover Avenue around 4 a.m. Monday.
Officials tell CBS 6 that fire started in a utility area of one of the units there.
Four units were evacuated, including the unit where that fire started.
Firefighters were able to get the fire under control quickly, no one was injured, but the family in that damaged unit is receiving aid from the Red Cross.
