RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – Police arrested Peter Hall, 33, and charged him with driving under the influence after he was involved in a head-on collision with a Richmond police cruiser.
Richmond Police Captain Paul Kiniry told CBS 6 the officer was driving down Broad Street when Hall’s truck turned from 20th Street into the wrong lane and struck the cruiser head-on.
The officer suffered minor injuries, Hall was not injured in the accident that occurred around 12:30 a.m. Tuesday morning.
