RICHMOND, Va. -- As the Richmond region has quieted to a hum in the last two weeks, one constant has been construction sites, many of which have stayed active.
Those sounds of heavy machinery can continue, as construction made the list – along with food and beverage, retail and other industries – of essential businesses able to continue operating onsite following the governor’s order to shut down non-essential businesses and schools.
