RICHMOND, Va. -- Belle, formerly knows as Belle & James, is a restaurant in downtown Richmond focusing on the city's southern roots by creating fresh, accessible dishes.
The kitchen serves Southern favorites from Chef Ro Alrahim like shrimp and grits. But Belle is also known for their craft cocktails and daily happy hour.
