RICHMOND, Va. -- A new ice cream shop thinks it has found its sweet spot in Shockoe Bottom. Sweet Spot Ice Cream Cafe opened at 6 N. 18th St. in late January, the brainchild of Sabrina Fitz, who’s made a bet that her dessert concept will pair well with the neighborhood’s restaurant scene.
