RICHMOND, VA (WTVR):The Weinstein JCC hosts a National Film Festival, “ReelAbilities” Film Festival, the country’s largest film festival showcasing films about disabilities. Films are being shown in venues around town through Sunday, April 14.
ReelAbilities Films are followed by live discussions with industry professionals and individuals living with disabilities. Films showing the rest of the week are as follows: Friday, April 12 at 11am, “Aphasia” at the Larrick Student Center on VCU Medical Center’s MCV Campus and the festival closes out Sunday, April 14, 5:30pm with “Anita”at the Weinstein JCC, 5403 Monument Avenue.
