RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) – Expect delays in both directions due to bridge work today. Crews will be working between Lombardy and Boulevard and will have the right lane closed. They’ll be performing demolition of the Boulevard Bridge. That road work is schedule to take place between 8:30am and 3pm.
