RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – It will be quite warm and humid again today with clouds breaking for some sunshine. The threat of occasional showers and storms will continue, especially later this afternoon. Highs will range 85° to 90°. High levels of humidity will allow showers and storms to put down heavy rainfall, possibly in excess of 2″ in spots.
