RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) – Construction will continue in the heart of the city today on 95 South. Expect delays from 8:30am until 3pm. Crews will have the right lane closed to work on bridges from Laburnum to Boulevard. Avoid the area if possible by using 195, the Downtown Expressway or 295 instead.
