CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) - A building under construction in Chester partially collapsed Thursday morning injuring one person, according to Chesterfield Fire Capt. Keith Chambers.
Chambers said a person working on the building's roof suffered minor injuries when he fell into dirt.
A person who was also working on the building told CBS 6 senior reporter Wayne Covil what he saw.
That person is being treating at VCU Medical Center, according to a tweet from Chesterfield Fire Lt. Jason Elmore.

The building under construction is located at 211 E. Hundred Road.
The building inspector is on scene investigating the collapse.
