No Major Injuries In Virginia Plane Crash
RUSSELL COUNTY, VA - Rainy and foggy conditions were most likely a factor in a plane crash this weekend in the Virginia mountains.

Police say a family of 3 was flying in their single engine plane from Ohio to South Carolina on Saturday. They crashed into a wooded area in Russell County, shearing off one of the wings.

A 25 year old woman who survived the crash walked through the woods to find help. Two teenagers who were hunting in the area saw the crash and found the woman. They called authorities who followed the woman to the crash site by a trail of torn clothing she left behind.

All three people on board the plane were treated for only minor injuries.
